My name is Danielle Harrison. (most people call me Dee) I’ve been in the fitness industry for 8 years and and have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 5 years. I’m also a Fitness Nutrition Specialist certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am a TRX, Group X, and Zumba instructor.

I decided to start this blog because there are so many fitness gimmicks, trends,  and fads out there, but what really works? Is every workout really for everybody? As a fitness professional I’m going to give you real information about fitness! I’ll try different classes letting you know whats new, and if it is worth shelling out the money for. I will also let you know what my regular workouts, meals, and lifestyle choices consist of in my “trainer life” which kind of encompasses my whole life.
